Our Prenatal & Newborn Classes provide you with comprehensive information about late pregnancy, labour, birth, newborn care, breastfeeding, and the postpartum period.

Our classes are available both online and in-person. You can choose between group or private classes. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality and affordable prenatal education.

All of our classes are taught by experienced Registered Nurses who have additional speciality training in Perinatal Nursing and are Childbirth Educators. All of our instructors are actively working in healthcare facilities across BC and are passionate about working with expectant parents and newborns.

Our classes are taught online across BC as well as in person in Vancouver (and surrounding cities).

Individualized information is included in our classes for hospitals and home births based on the location you are planning to deliver at.
